If you’re not 100% satisfied with the quality of cleaning of any of the serviced areas, and your home is as described (size, the number of rooms, etc.), you must contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning to let us know.
Unique Cleaning will send our professional cleaners back to address any areas in which we fell short within two days of your original scheduled cleaning. We will revisit your home or office at no extra charge. Due to the subjective nature of the cleaning industry, we do not offer refunds to customers.
